Judy Amina is a young Kenyan woman passionate about the Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of young people, women and marginalized groups. She has been pivotal in steering SRHR projects targeting the youth, women, and vulnerable populations in Kenya for close to 10 years. She has previously been part of implementation of a cross border project that was present in 7 different countries (Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan and Indonesia) working towards creating an enabling environment for access to CSE, access and delivery of comprehensive reproductive health services and favorable policies for the achievement of SRHR for all people. Currently, Judy is the Executive Director for the Kenya Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Alliance (SRHR Alliance) in Kenya which works to ensure the fulfillment of SRHR for all with a specific focus on young people, women and vulnerable groups. Here she’s, responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations and strategic vision and advancing the Alliance's mission of promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights globally, while also fostering collaboration among member organizations and driving impactful advocacy efforts.

Glory Kathambi
Head of Programs and Advocacy Department
Glory Kathambi is a Sexual reproductive health specialist with a span of over 6 years of experience directly and indirectly implementing SRHR programs;including Sexual and gender based violence programs. She holds a BA in community development and currently enrolled for her MA in Gender and development studies. She has a history in coordinating projects, managing relations with adolescents, young people and stakeholders, and steering community/youth engagement initiatives. Meaningful and inclusive youth participation (MIYP) is at the core of her work and interest in ensuring young people in all their diversities are involved in decision making processes including in the development,coordination,implemnattaion,monitoring and reporting in programming. Her experience in administration, community mobilization,event planning, and Sexual and Reproductive Health programing; including HIV coordination and advocacy has been instumental to the SRHR Alliance. She demonstrates success working with global development networks and local Organizations in advocating and coordinating gender and SRHR programs responsible for influencing, building partnerships, and maximizing member engagement.
She has won several awards for her exemplary work including a Johns Hopkins award for her efforts in realizing the unmet SRHR needs for adolescents and young people. Glory is the FP2030 youth focal point person representing Kenya in the FP2030 East and South Africa Hub.

Lucy is a seasoned finance professional with a passion for driving impactful change, she brings a wealth of experience in financial management, procurement, and administration. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Administration at the Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Alliance, she has been recognized for her exceptional performance and leadership skills
Ramwaka Nyadzuwa
Communications and Youth Engagement Officer
Ramwaka is a champion and advocate for public health and youth empowerment. She currently wears the hat of Communications and Youth Engagement Officer at the SRHR Alliance. Rooted in a public health foundation, earned through her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine an undergraduate and ongoing pursuit of a Master's in Public Health, She takes her role in fostering positive change in communities. Ramwaka also holds a certificate in graphic design allowing her to infuse creativity into her work.
Her leadership prowess blossomed during her undergraduate studies, where she delved into student governance, acquiring invaluable skills on coordination and leadership. This knack for leadership has propelled her to embrace challenges head-on, winning accolades in graphic design and innovation under the One Health Central and Eastern Africa Most Innovative One Health Solutions platform. Beyond professional endeavors, she has her foot in youth advocacy and community service. Previously, she served as a youth Executive Board on the Right Here Right Now program a project aimed at empowering adolescents and young people. In addition she has also served as a board member of Usawa Clinics allowing her to champion causes close to her heart
